GyGinfographics.com presents a portfolio of technical illustration, infographics and visual-communication services, together with professional information and contact channels.
Access is free and does not require registration. Visitors must use the website lawfully, without damaging its operation, security, content or the rights of GYG TECH GRAPHICS SL or third parties.
Portfolio descriptions and service information are informative. They do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, quotation or professional-services contract. Project terms are agreed separately with each client.
The website design, original texts, brand elements and works created by GyGinfographics are protected by applicable intellectual- and industrial-property rules, except where a different owner or licence is identified.
The portfolio also displays commissioned client work. Ownership, exploitation rights and permissions for those works may be governed by the relevant client contract or licence. Displaying a project here does not mean that GYG TECH GRAPHICS SL owns every right in it, and it does not grant visitors permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it.
Client names, logos, products and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion identifies the context of the work and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or any transfer of rights.
Visitors may view the website for personal and informational purposes. Except where the law permits otherwise, copying, scraping, republishing, distributing, transforming or commercially using the content requires prior authorisation from the relevant rights holder.
The website links to external portfolios, social networks, client sites and gyginfographics.shop. These services are operated under their own terms, privacy notices and technical controls. GYG TECH GRAPHICS SL is not responsible for content or changes outside its control.
The online store is a separate commercial environment. This Legal Notice does not replace its terms of sale, payment, shipping, returns, guarantees or store-specific privacy and cookie information.
